This combination of aqua, yogalates and massage is the perfect blend to ensure you energise yourself with a weekly regime of low-impact strengthening and aerobic exercise, core training, isolated stretching, followed up with a relaxing massage. Yogalates and Aqua classes are updated each term. Please visit the timetable for availability, times and costs. Classes are full most of the time however every now and then, spots do become available.
