The "Lithgow Health" - "aqua exercise" and "yogalates" website has been designed to include aqua exercise for women, Yogalates (Pilates and Yoga blend) for men and women and Massage Therapies for everyone. This combination of aqua, yogalates and massage is the perfect blend to ensure you energise yourself with a weekly regime of low-impact strengthening and aerobic exercise, core training, isolated stretching, followed up with a relaxing massage. Whether you want to lose weight, tone up or build muscle, are recovering from injury, illness or an operation, these exercise disciplines and massage therapies are designed to produce results. Lithgow Health has been active in the community since 2006 and all classes are conducted by a fully qualified and certified instructor.
