The "Lithgow Health" - "aqua exercise" and "yogalates" website has been designed to include aqua exercise for women and Yogalates (Pilates and Yoga blend) for men and women. This combination of aqua and yogalates is the perfect blend to ensure you energise yourself with a weekly regime of low-impact strengthening and aerobic exercise, core training, isolated stretching, with the benefit of learning about your body, mind and spirit along the way. Whether you want to lose weight, tone up or build muscle, are recovering from injury, illness or an operation, understanding your body and incorporting these exercise disciplines are designed to produce results. Yogalates and Aqua classes are updated each term. Please visit the timetable for availability, times and costs. Classes are full most of the time however every now and then, spots do become available.

To make the most of the exercise, long lasting and comfortable clothing is essential. Chlorine resistant swimwear, warm fleece lined parkas for aqua classes.
