All classes are conducted by a fully qualified Fitness, Pilates and Aqua Instructor registered with AUSactive (Fitness Australia), Fitness Network and The Pilates Room in Sydney.
Kerry has over 19 years experience and knowledge in Aqua and over 23 years in Yogalates instruction. Technique is paramount, understanding how your body works is vital. The blend of these two disciplines ensures a full body and mind workout that you may do for the rest of your life. It is a lifestyle choice!
